After a few trips to The Container Store (I forgot some things the first time I went) and lots of labels made from my BFF it is all organized in a way that makes me so happy I just sit and stare at all the pretty organized labeled boxes...yes I'm nuts :)
I also admire the lovely handy work of my Dad, he is the one that made the table for me after all. Thanks again Dad!!!

Everything has it's little home...I love that
My new pretty acrylic stapler, tape holder and card holder on top of my desk
The only thing left to do is replace the ugly three bathmat rugs that don't match anything. They are from my old apartment and since the floor gets super cold and drafty in the winter I threw them down just for the warmth.
So, I'm keeping my eyes out for a cute 2x3 or 5x7 rug to fit back there and replace the trio of ugliness- let me know if you see any good deals
Now that it is all organized it's time to get creative and make a mess again. At least when I'm cleaning up everything has a proper home this time.

Go to your local higher-end carpet store to see what remnants are left over from other jobs. This is a great way to get high quality and expensive rugs for little $$ since you dont need a lot of carpet.
