Jan Birnbaum, who used to be chef at Compton Place in San Francisco, had a wonderful recipe for a simple apple jam. I lost it when i made a major move, but remember it being so yummy.
Apple jam sounds yummy, I'm going to google that right now and see what I can find...Thanks for the reminder!!
