I would have loved to use some crazy high gloss in my apartment, but with plaster walls and a less than perfect finish it would just highlight every tiny flaw on the older than old walls. But I sure can day dream about glossy walls and maybe that fun client who will let me go glossy crazy on their walls

Tell me, would you like glossy walls in your home?

I'll have to dream along with you as my walls are plaster as well. I would take some shine in a second if I could!
They sure are gorgeous! The shine surely shows off the bold colors in each room.
By the way, I'm loving your new spruce-up here!
There are times when I think I would love them...maybe if I had a parlor or a little powder room. I worry that they demand things to be really dressed up and I wouldn't be able to change styles with them.
The people who have them don't worry about such things, of course. :)
YES!! Trying to figure out when and where. The Kips Bay Showhouse this year was FULL of these glossy walls and ceilings. I am on a mission!! xo
I'm totally with you on this! You have some fabulous examples of it too! yum. M.
I love the glossy. I wonder how durable the surface is. If it ages well it's probably worth the investment, I mean who couldn't live with those walls forever!
Yes to glossy! and I love your blog reno! Looks great!
Heck yes! Don't think its gonna happen up in here, tho. : (
I had pear green high gloss in my old kitchen and loved it but it is a bit like nail polish, I get bored and crave change, in spite of it being fun~
