Well, the BF and I are headed down to his parents house in CT for the weekend and a trip to Ikea is always on my list of stops. Only issue is, the BF hates Ikea with a passion. But if I promise to not complain about the car ride and ANY traffic we may hit (if you have ever driven from Boston south through Hartford on a Friday afternoon you know what kind of traffic I'm talking about) on the way down then he will suck it up and take me to Ikea- yeah!
For those of you who know me, it comes as no surprise that I LOVE organizing! This was one of my favorite Christmas presents one year, and it also has been the source of many topics I have written about in the past (Here, here and here)
Ikea is GREAT for storage and organization stuff, and its much cheaper than the Container Store. (Sorry Container Store I love you, I really do- but you are expensive)
Here is what is on my list so far...
Slap some white paint on these babies and they are the perfect storage for all those little crafty things. The magazine holders are my favorite- I'm scared they are going to stop making them so this time I think I'll have to get like 20 of them :)
Lucite is that you? I'll have to check these out for myself- but they could be fun to use in my office or in my closet filled with accessories.
I have a few sets of these already and could always use some more- I love the little tag holder in the front where I can put a neatly printed label.

I buy wooden hangers there in bulk- such a nice addition to a closet! Hope you have a great weekend, let us know what you get... I'm definitely checking out those lucite items on my next trip!
I am an Organization Freak too! I LOVE the Container store for that very reason, all the containers, and tabs and all that good stuff. Ikea comes next on my list!
I just did a little organization piece this week too! I'm a total nerd about it. I would love a whole mess of those lucite bins and trays. Please report back after you see them in person! My huz hates Ikea too so there's always a lot of negotiating at our house to get him to go(!)
BTW, I've added you to my blogroll at my new site. (I could have sworn I'd done it ages ago so I'm not sure what happened.) :)
yesw i love the wooden hangers too!!! and also the silver tins you showed!!! they're the best!!
I love the last three items on your post. I want some of each!
can you put up a link to those acrylic/lucite trays? I am desperately hunting for those!
I was just thinking the other day that Ikea is WAY better for storage (price considering) I wish I were as organized as you are. I am currently putting doors on my "craft nook" to hide what it's probably going to look like most of the time.
Alexandra- the tray and plastic box the RATIONELL VARIERA series. But, I didnt love the quality of them or how they felt so I didnt end up getting any
