Martha Stewart...more like obsessed maybe and I copy all her ideas. This one was one of my favorites. The tray started out green, but I didn't like the clash of colors in the new place so I got out my white paint and went to town on it.1. Just get a simple wood tray from the craft store they come in all different sizes and shapes.
2. Paint it your favorite color.
3. Attach 4 drawer pulls to the bottom to make decorative feet.
4. The Martha directions say to get a piece of glass cut to fit on the inside and lay over a decorative paper/grass cloth or whatever. I have yet to get to this step yet, as you can see from the pictures.
I love it on the coffee table because it holds the dozen or so remote controls in such an organized way.
