Take a load off

I so wish I was in the market for some new chairs. Then again, I suppose I could be in the market for new chairs if I got rid of the ones I have.

How could I not want new ones with the fab selection Homegoods had the other day?

It took everything in me to not throw these in my cart

Sorry its out of focus- stupid camera phone

Orange?

or Blue?

These oversized nailheads had me thinking its time to move to a bigger apartment :)

And so did this quilting and more nailheads

Pretty blue and more nailheads!

OK you cant take a load off on this, but I thought it was super cute

Why is it I go into Homegoods not really needing anything at all, and I ALWAYS leave with a cart full of stuff?  From the time I get into the store and the time I leave I somehow manage to come up with a list of things I just HAVE to have.  Weird.

Is anyone else like that?

  3. We don't have a Homegoods around here but do have TJMaxx and Marshall's,I never leave without buying something. I think the only cure is not to go into the store but why take all the fun out of life:) Love the polkadot chair!

  10. Swoon. I think I need those polka dot chairs somewhere in my house.

I love HomeGoods, but every time I go to my local one it is trashed and there is not a lot left. I would have to go daily to get the good stuff. Boo.

  11. I love those first two! I will definitely stop in and check things out. They always get me to buy SOMETHING when I walk in there, so hopefully it will be on my gift giving list this time ;)

  13. Homegoods to me is like Target -- a complete money-suck. And a glorious one at that. I love every dang minute of whittling down my bank account in those stores.

  14. When I got to HomeGoods I only look for the item I went there for, usually because it is all the time I have, but it helps prevent having enough stuff for two homes in one!! But, love them...

  24. This is why you have a home decorating focused blog - You took appropriate photos of gorgeousness. I, on the other hand, took a photo of a giant cheese grater the last time I was at Home Goods. Really, it was 2 1/2 feet tall, how could I not take a photo of such hilarity!
